Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with NorthTree Associates you are offering to purchase a product on our webstore and you accept and are subject to our following Terms & Conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and subject to any delays resulting from shipping delays or force majeure, for which we will not be responsible.

Terms & Conditions: 

  • Defective new equipment may be returned for warranty repair/exchange to us within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date. After five (5) days, returns will be handled by direct contact and in accordance with the warranty terms of the item's manufacturer. Items that have malfunctioned due to mishandling, electrical overload, etc., will be subject to a repair charge.  
  • Non-Defective new equipment will be authorized for return within five (5) days of the shipment receipt date if the equipment is still in new, re-sellable condition with the original manual(s), accessories, packing material and carton. We reserve the right to reject returns in which there is no original packaging, missing accessories, damage or visible signs of usage of the item. A restocking fee of up to 25% of purchase price may apply. Special orders are non-returnable or refundable.
  • Note that NorthTree Associates will only refund shipping costs for defective items or items that have been shipped in error. All returned items must be in their original packaging, complete with warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable), and show no signs of use, wear or abuse. The packaging must also be in original condition. Credit card purchases will be refunded to the original credit card.  
  • International customers must ship any returns to us freight and duty prepaid. NOTE: INTERNATIONAL RMA shipping fees are at buyer's expense. 
  • All returns MUST have NorthTree Associates prior approval. 
  • RMAs: A NorthTree Associates provided Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number MUST be obtained from NorthTree Associates and be visible on the returned package.
  • Items returned need to have receipt or proof of purchase included. 
  • Refunds: After (5) days of shipment receipt date, NorthTree Associates will not issue any refund(s).  Once a return has been received, it will be inspected and returnee will be notified that the return has been received. We will notify returnee on the status of any refund after inspecting the returned item. 
  • If a return is approved, based on meeting all return terms above, NorthTree Associates will initiate a refund of a credit card payment (or original form of payment). Credit will be received within a certain amount of days based on returnee’s credit card issuer’s policy. 
  • Order Cancellation: To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at 952-443-1858 or via email at sales@northtreeassociates.com. Please be sure to include your order number and reason for cancellation and we will assist you. Return shipping, handling and/or restock fees may be assessed if order shipped before notice of cancellation was given. 
  • Shipping: Returnee will be responsible for paying return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If returnee receives a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from any refund issued.
